Domestic Orders
Nutracell ships to all fifty United States and the following U.S. territories; American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Normal standard shipping costs apply to orders to U.S. territories. Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).

Automatic Orders
Buyer is responsible for canceling the automatic orders on buyers PayPal acount prior to the date of new billing.  No returns are accepted for auto-ship orders.

Standard Delivery
Orders will arrive within 7 to 10 days, following credit card authorization. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, and FPO addresses. All standard deliveries are handled by FedEx, United Parcel Service, or U.S. Priority Mail.

Express Shipping
Orders placed by 11:59 pm ET will ship the next business day, pending credit card verification, and should arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping is not available for Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Express delivery is not available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, FPO addresses, or International orders.

International Orders

Nutracell ships to many countries worldwide. Shipment charges vary from country to country. Buyer is responsible for all duties taxes and tariffs. Express shipping is not available on International orders. Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).

Canada and Mexico – Will be charged the Standard Shipping rate plus an additional $5.00 or 15% of the order total, whichever is greater.

All Other International Shipments – Will be charged the published rate from FedEx or UPS unless quantities exceed minimums for bulk transport, Air or Ocean freight.

Free shipping promotions and offers do not apply to International orders. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from Nutracell, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

United Parcel Service or FedEx is used, whenever possible to ship to Canada and Mexico. All other International orders are shipped via Parcel Post/Surface Mail which can take approximately 1-3 months for delivery. However, if the cost of Airmail is less than 25% of your order total, we will automatically ship via Airmail which can take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery. Airmail costs are determined by the weight of your package. If Airmail is more than25% of your order total, a Customer Service Representative will contact you with your shipping options and costs. You will need to reply to the email you are sent so that your orderwill be handled by the correct person and shipped out as soon aspossible.

If you think your order is late, please note that:
– Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
– Express orders placed by 11:59 pm ET will ship the next business day.
– Delivery occurs Monday through Friday for Federal Express deliveries and United Parcel Service, excluding holidays.
– United States Postal Service offers standard delivery Monday through Saturday.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you have ordered in stock, we include an out-of-stock notification card when we ship your order and alert you in your shipping notification email.

Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail
In keeping with our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, you may return items up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping charges, at our sole discretion, if the return is the result of our error.

1. Click the following link to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and a Return Form via email: Contact Us

2. Once you receive your RMA and Return Form via email, detach the top customer portion of the return form for your records.

3. Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the bottom portion of the return form and note the reason why. Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or send you a refund check.

4. If you would like an exchange, let us know what you want by filling in the reverse side of the return form.

5. Circle the name and address where we should send the check or exchange. If you want it sent to a different address, please complete the box on the reverse side of the return form.

6. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form. Packages must be returned prepaid — we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
